Article Processing Charge (APC)

International Journal of Research and Applied Innovations in Computer Science (IJRAICS) is an open-access journal, which ensures that all published articles are freely available to readers worldwide without any subscription fees. To maintain this open-access model and cover essential publication costs—including peer review, editing, hosting, DOI registration, and digital archiving—an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only after a manuscript is accepted for publication.

IJRAICS does not charge any fees at the time of submission, and there are no additional fees for color images, supplementary data, or extended length manuscripts.

Article Processing Charge (APC):

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 150 is applicable only upon acceptance of the manuscript. This fee covers essential publishing services, including editorial processing, peer review management, online hosting, indexing preparation, and long-term digital archiving.

When to Pay

·        No payment is required during the submission or review process.

·        APC is payable only after the manuscript has:

o   Successfully completed peer review

o   Received an official acceptance letter from the editorial team

·        Payment instructions will be sent via email along with the acceptance notification.

Authors can pay the APC using any of the following secure options:

·        UPI/QR Code Payment (India)

·        PayPal (for international authors)

·        Credit/Debit Card (via secured payment gateway)

Detailed payment instructions, including bank account details or PayPal link, will be provided in the invoice after acceptance.

A payment receipt will be issued upon confirmation for institutional reimbursement or grant reporting purposes.
