Author Guidelines

International Journal of Research and Applied Innovations in Computer Science (IJRAICS)

Authors are invited to submit high-quality, original, and unpublished research manuscripts for possible publication in IJRAICS. The journal welcomes theoretical, experimental, and applied innovations in the field of computer science and related interdisciplinary domains. To ensure a smooth review and publication process, authors must follow the guidelines below:

1. Submission Categories:

IJRAICS accepts the following types of submissions:

•    Original Research Articles
•    Review Articles / Survey Papers
•    Short Communications
•    Case Studies
•    Technical Notes

2. Manuscript Preparation:

Authors must adhere to the journal’s formatting standards:

Structure of the Manuscript:

  • Title: Concise and relevant to the content.
  • Author Details: Full names, affiliations, email addresses.
  • Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing the objective, methods, key results, and conclusion.
  • Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords.
  • Introduction: Background, problem statement, objectives.
  • Methodology: Detailed explanation of experimental or theoretical methods.
  • Results and Discussion: Clear presentation of findings with analysis.
  • Conclusion: Summary of findings and future work.
  • References: Should follow APA/IEEE format (check current policy).
  • Appendices / Supplementary Data (if applicable)

Formatting Style:

  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or LaTeX (with PDF).
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
  • Spacing: 1.5 line spacing.
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
  • Length: 6–12 pages (exceptions allowed for extended reviews).

3. Peer Review Process:

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, technical quality, clarity, relevance, and ethical standards. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' comments.

4. Submission Process:

Manuscripts should be submitted via the online submission portal
A cover letter introducing the paper and confirming its originality must accompany the submission.
Manuscripts must not be under review in another journal or conference.

5. Plagiarism Policy:

IJRAICS follows a strict anti-plagiarism policy. Submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts with a similarity index above 15% (excluding references) will be rejected or returned for revision.

6. Article Processing Charges (APC):

IJRAICS may charge a nominal Article Processing Fee only upon acceptance of the manuscript. This covers editorial processing, indexing, DOI assignment, and online hosting. Fee details will be communicated upon acceptance.

7. Copyright & Open Access:

Authors retain copyright under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). This allows unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
